Pluto had his very first play date with Chief. They had a blast. We discovered Pluto might be little and loud, however, a big weenie when it comes to self-defense or another dog....a dog even smaller than him (for now)!!! They made it look like a dog track in our kitchen and a blur at times, hence, not so good pixs because they would not sit still long enough to get one. The girls loved playing with Chief and offered to dog sit of course at any time! Thanks Nana and Papa for bringing Chief over to play!

Next on the Easter route was to Nana and Papa's house. They did an Easter egg pass game very similar to musical chairs with Papa heading up the DJ position and Nana directing the egg passing. The kids really enjoyed it! They all got some Webkinz, Lil'Kinz, Shinning Stars, candy, and money. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Nana and Papa!!!!
Easter starts off at the church and hunting Easter eggs is on!! They manage to get all the kids in a pix and then tell them to "go" and Justin takes off running throwing his bucket in the air thinking it was time to run around and chase each other. It was so cute!! The kids all got lots of candy goodies and money in their eggs. Tayloran found the golden egg...not sure what was in that... missed that part, but she found it in the tree. Thank you Dad and Kaye for having the egg hunt. The kids always enjoy it! Next, they all hurried over to the square to enjoy if you call it that (cold, windy, and rainy) the city Easter egg hunt on the square. We next went back to Dad and Kaye's to enjoy some lunch. Thanks again for everything!

Saturday we had Jimissy's 6th birthday. Amazing how time flies. Every since Jimissy has been born, we have not really even celebrated our birthday. I remember when she was born, Jim sent my friend Suzi to get a 1-year anniversary cake while we were still in the hospital. Didn't get time to eat it so we froze it and figured we would eat it for our 2nd anniversary.....Needless to say, it got thrown out when we had our 1st flood on Labor Day of 2006 from the freezer....so times flies when you are all having fun and growing older I reckon!!!
Sunday, Grandpa and Grandma Max and Bobbie invited us over to their house for dinner and it was fantastic as always!! Thanks Grandpa/ma! Jim definitely enjoyed his leftovers that you sent back with him and Tyra her rolls. Thanks again for the invite.

In that 7 years, we have traveled through some rough times, good times, bad times, sad times, and some of the best times that we will have throughout our life!! It just seems like yesterday doesn't it honey??!! haha!! Here are a few pixs going back.....

We have a snow day today at school so the kiddies are home. We couldn't feed the horses this morning as the barn door was iced shut, so we will have to try later. We are supposed to get 1/4" ice and then up to 6 inches of snow.....we will see. Our windows in the kitchen are all iced over so we can't see out of them. Tyra came running into the bedroom to tell me that they will miss the bus because they can't see out the windows. I just turned off their alarm clocks with the hope that they would sleep in, but no luck!! Up bright and early at 6:15 a.m.!!! Here is a pix this morning of them glad to have no school and enjoying my new elliptical that I bought.

I'm sad...no more curls...no more baby...I have a little boy now!! Went to the mall today and had my little "Oh, 'she' is so cute," or "your baby 'girl' is adorable" fixed today. We had his luscious locks cut off and they now sit in a stapled envelope waiting their final rest in his baby book!! I keep having to take a double-take at him as he does not look like my little baby anymore!! He had a great time though giggling and laughing until the lady turned on the shaver...that was NOT a cool thing. That aside, he had a great time at his first hair cut and we hope to not see that again for a while!!! Mom is having a VERY hard time parting with the curls!!!
